How do I return an item?
You can return any of our products purchased through our website, for whatever reason during the first 5 days after receipt of products. You will have to sign a delivery slip when the product is delivered to you. The Office Station will arrange for return shipping but will not pay the cost to return the product to us. Customer is solely responsible for paying the return shipping cost. To ensure adequate handling, the shipping company must be the same company that delivered the product originally, or any other agreeable to The Office Station. Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Please inform The Office Station, in writing of any product received with concealed damage (not noticeable before unpacking) within the first 5 days of receipt. Claims after 5 days of receipt will be considered late and may not be accepted. For more information please contact customer service. Thank you.
FedEx, UPS and LTL Orders less than 6 chairs will ship via FedEx or UPS unless the carton is oversized. Oversized cartons and shipments of 6 or more ship via a freight carrier LTL.
